ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order dated 25-112014 in I.A.No.162 of 2012 in O.S.No.137 of 2012 on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District.

At the hearing, Mr. V. Siva Prasad Reddy, learned Counsel representing Mr. B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP No.6287 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
