HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3033 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Avinash Singh, learned counsel representing Sri A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the subject matter of the revision has rendered infructuous as the main suit itself is disposed of by the trial Court.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending in this revision, if any, shall stand closed.
