THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO F.C.A.No.95 OF 2006 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 30.06.2006, passed in F.C.O.P.No.275 of 2005 by the Family Court, Secunderabad, by which, the petition filed by the respondent, under Section 10 (ix) and (X) of the Divorce Act, seeking divorce, was allowed. During pendency of the appeal, learned counsel for the respondent has filed memo, dated 20.02.2014, vide USR No.280 of 2014 enclosing the death certificate of the respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for respondent that in spite of filing of memo, dated 20.02.2014, stating that the respondent had died on 26.09.2013, no steps were taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed as abated.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
