ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner had retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
