At the hearing, Mrs.Rachna S.Waddepalli, learned Counsel for the petitioners, represented that her client is not interested in pressing the Writ Petition.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.54452 of 2016, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
