Heard Sri M.Brahma Reddi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner is the fair price shop dealer of shop No.6 of Bommarajupalli village, Ipur Mandal of Guntur district.

On 14-8-2014, the Deputy Tahsildar (CS) inspected her shop and found certain variations in the

stocks. To the show cause notice dated 10-9-2014 issued to her by the RDO, Narasaraopet, the petitioner submitted an explanation dated 20-10-2014.

It is submitted that the respondents have not considered the explanation nor issued essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner.

Under these circumstances, she filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop.

3. Obviously, the respondents have not taken any action so far on the explanation submitted by the petitioner to the show cause notice issued to her. Therefore, the authorisation of the petitioner is deemed to be in force and the respondents have to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner till the allegations are proved against her.

4. Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the fair price shop of the petitioner so long as her authorisation is in force. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
