Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.1.03 guntas in Sy.No.258/F/1 of Maddur Village and Mandal, Narayanpet District having purchased the same from his vendor Sri G.N.Gopal Reddy vide registered sale deed document No.154 of 2008 dated 25.01.2008. Petitioner claims that pattadar passbook was also issued in his favour and he is also receiving Rythu Bandhu scheme. Petitioner made application in F-line on 02.04.2020 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to his property. But sofar, survey is not conducted. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.
A copy of the F-line application made by the petitioner is filed as Ex.P.1.

In view thereof, without entering into merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-5th respondent to consider the application submitted by petitioner for conducting survey and to fix the boundaries. If the said application is otherwise in order, the 5th respondent may direct the Mandal Surveyor to conduct survey by strictly following the circular instructions issued from time to time by the Commissioner for Survey, Settlement and Land Records, if necessary by putting on notice the adjacent property owners within eight (8) weeks from the
- 3 - date of receipt of copy of this order. For any reason the Tahsildar is not in agreement to conduct survey he shall pass orders assigning reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
