ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of sale of property of the petitioner, he is not pressing the writ petition as the same arises out of an order passed in a review petition recalling the order passed in CTA No.142 of 2002 dated 13.3.2006 and posting the main appeal for hearing. By virtue of the stay granted by this Court on 19.07.2007, further proceedings did not take place in CTA No.142 of 2002. However, it is open to the Andhra Pradesh Co-operative Tribunal, Hyderabad to proceed with CTA No.142 of 2002. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
