Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petitions are disposed of at the admission stage.

These Writ Petitions are filed with the following prayer: 'For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in issuing the impugned orders in Rc.A-832/ 2016 resuming the petitioners' plot No.1 in Survey No.487/ 1 of Pandikona Village, Pattikonda Mandal, Kurnool District and further action of the respondents in trying to allot the same to third parties even though appeal filed by the petitioner before the second respondent is pending as illegal and arbitrary'.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners filed an appeal before the second respondent on 20.10.2016 and also an application restraining the authorities from interfering with the plot allotted to them, the respondentauthorities are trying to allot the plot to the third parties, without passing orders in the appeal.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the appeal is filed only on 20.10.2016 and it may take time for passing order in the application made along with the appeal. 6.

Having regard to the above, the writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners against the orders passed in Rc.A-832/ 2016, dated 30.09.2016, as early as possible, in accordance with law. Further, the interim application, if any, filed by the petitioners seeking to restrain the authorities from allotment of Plot No.1 to third parties, shall be disposed of within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
