This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR.No.105 of 2016, dated 26-12-2016 on the file of respondent No.2.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (AP) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 placed before the Court, the written instructions, dated 06-03-2017, received by him from respondent No.2 wherein it is stated that the investigation was completed and chargesheet was filed before the VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, in SC.No.7 of 2017 on 10-02-2017.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
