...RESPONDENT Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No. 69 of 2022 in Crime No. 153 of 202: dated 31-01-2022 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for Trail of SPE and ACB Cases at Hyderabad, to the extent that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties and to make it hold good for the other two cases This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri GAJANAND CHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the sole Respondent.

THE HON,BLE DT, JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITIO N No.2SOO ot 2022 ORDERT This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.15 seeking to modify the order dated 3t.0L.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.69 of 2022 by the Principal Special Judge forTrial of SPE & ACB Cases at Hyderabad. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.15, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State and perused the I i-eco rd .
3. While granting bail to the petitioner/A.15, the Court below imposed condition that the petitioner/A.15 shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (FDRs) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Court, apart from other conditions. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/A.15 would submit that the petitioner is a poor person and he is unable to furnish surety for such huge amount of Rs.25,000/- and ultimately prayed to reduce the surety amount.

In view oF the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount, as ordered in the order dated 31.01,2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.69 of 2022 by the Principal Special Judge for Trial of SPE & ACB Cases at Hyderabad, as follows:
"The petitioner/A15 shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for Rs.15,O0O/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with two sureties (FDRs) for a !ike sum to the satisfaction of this Court."
The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain u na ltered , 6.
With the above modification, the Criminal Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
