The challenge in this writ petition is to the proceedings dated 25.06.2013 of the Commissioner, Endowments Department, A.P., Hyderabad, in Rc.No.B4/ 10951/ 2013 appointing the respondents 3 to 7 as trustees of Sri Seetharama Swamy Temple, Bollavaram Village, Muppala Mandal of Guntur District, ignoring the claim of the writ petitioner that he is a member from the Founder's family.

At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that vide the proceedings impugned in this writ petition, the respondents 3 to 7 were appointed as trustees for a period of two years only and that in view of efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and that in case the authorities desire to constitute a Trust Board, the petitioner is entitled to be included as one of the members being a member from the Founder's family.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the authorities concerned to consider the claim of the writ petitioner based on the proceedings dated 18.05.2002 of the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department, Guntur, in Rc.No.A3/ 10311/ 2001-Adm., whereby the petitioner was declared as one of the members from the Founder's family, in case steps are taken to constitute a Trust Board for Sri Seetharama Swamy Temple, Bollavaram Village. In case the claim of the writ petitioner is not considered, the authorities shall pass a reasoned order and serve a copy upon the writ petitioner within two

(02) weeks of passing any such order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
