This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 4 in not considering the application of the petitioner dated 02-04-2013 for grant of quarry lease as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on note showing that the petitioner has been granted quarry lease by proceedings dated 18-12-2017.

In view of the above, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
