HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1957 OF 2016 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders dated 29.06.2016 passed in WP.No.20692 of 2016, wherein this Court directed the respondent herein to dispose of the representation of the petitioners.

When the matter is listed today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the order has been complied with by issuing proceeding dated 11.04.2017; and that challenging the said proceedings a separate writ petition is also filed.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court by the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
