HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.22851 of 2003 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed declaring the action of respondents in seeking to fill up four posts of Junior Management Grade Scale-I with SC candidate based on reservation, pursuant to circular dated 07.10.2003, exceeding 15% quota of the posts reserved for SC candidates, adversely effecting the promotional avenues of the petitioners and other OC candidates, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
