This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct enquiry on the representations, dated 18.09.2017 and 29.01.2018, and for taking action under Section 21-AA(1) of the Telangana Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary action for disqualifying the E.C. Members of The Industries Department Employees House Building Cooperative Society Limited, who violated the provisions of the Act, after causing necessary enquiry.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Cooperation appearing for the respondents and perused the record.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that though the petitioner submitted a representation, dated 18.09.2017, to the 3rd respondent/ Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nampally, Hyderabad, and another representation, 29.01.2018, to the 2nd respondent/ Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Hyderabad, to conduct enquiry and take necessary action in terms of Section 21-AA(1) of the Telangana Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, with regard to the affairs of The Industries Department Employees House Building Cooperative Society Limited, no action has been taken on those representations yet.

There is no denial by the respondents 2 and 3 with regard to the submission of aforementioned two representations by the petitioner. It appears from the record that the said two representations are pending with the respondents 2 and 3 from long time. There is no record to establish that any action has been taken on those representations so far. In view of the same, the respondents 2 and 3 can be directed to dispose of the aforementioned two applications submitted by the petitioner. 5 .

Under these circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to examine the representations, dated 29.01.2018 and 18.09.2017 respectively, submitted by the petitioner, and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
