HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.6618 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not issuing permission for the construction of the compound wall of his property in Sy.No.18 of Allapur village, Balanagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 25.02.2014.

Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 placed on record the written instructions received from the respondent authorities, wherein it is stated that as far back as on 20/ 26.03.2014 itself, the application of the petitioner was examined and rejected by the respondent authorities.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law, including filing of fresh application.

There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
