CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.30157 of 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed seeking implementation of an interim order of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

The aforementioned interim order was passed as far back as 02.09.2015. In paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, it is stated that the petitioner has filed C.A.No.76 of 2017 on 07.02.2016 before the Tribunal and that as the Tribunal was abolished, he could not pursue the said Contempt Application.

The learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) appearing for the respondents has submitted that all the pending O.As., including the Contempt Applications, are transferred to this Court consequent on abolition of the Tribunal qua the State of Telangana. This submission is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. When the Contempt Application filed before the Tribunal has been transferred to this Court, we do not find any reason for the petitioner to file the present writ petition, which, in our opinion, is an abuse of process of the Court. 4.

Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37578 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
