ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to order, dated 04.9.2015, passed in V.M.A.Nos.700 and 701 of 2015 in O.A.No.1606 of 2014 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal and to quash the same."

At the hearing, Mr. M.Srinivasa Rao, learned

counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
