HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2880 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation contained in the FIR and as the investigation is said to be in progress, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Hence, investigation shall be continued to its logical end. However, the police of Yemmiganur TN Police Station, Kurnool District, Andhra Prdesh, are directed not to arrest petitioners/A1 to A5 during the course of investigation. Petitioners/A1 to A5 shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
