HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.8006 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1 to 3 in taking action against 4th respondent in respect of illegal constructions and encroachments in the Gram Panchayat H.No.1/41 situate at Thippapur Village, Vemulawada Mandal, Karimnagar District as illegal and contravention of Gram Panchayat Act and Rules thereunder and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 present. Learned Government Pleader for Home representing respondent No.3 on instructions, would submit that in this case Cr.No.76 of 2010 was registered by Police of Vemulawada against R4 and the same was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate and registered as C.C.No.267 of 2010 and after trial case was ended in acquittal dated 31.10.2013.

3) In view of above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
