HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.41456 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that petitioner's father K.Konda Reddy was the permanent fair price shop dealer of Shop No.29 of Singanamala Village and Mandal, Ananthapur District and upon his demise, the said shop was being run by the petitioner. The petitioner being the legal heir of deceased Konda Reddy, made a representation on 31.01.2016 requesting to consider his case for appointment as fair price shop dealer in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4 dated 28.02.2014 and take accordingly.
