CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 14820 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-2 and A-3 under section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioner/ A-3 on bail in Crime No. 52 of 2016 of G.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam district, registered for the offences under section 8 [c] read with section 20 [b] [ii] of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. Sri G.Eswaraiah, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A-3 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition with liberty to file fresh bail petition at appropriate stage.

3. Permission is accorded with liberty as prayed for.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
