Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services-III for respondents.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that on 09.09.2017 a speaking order was passed by the respondents complying with the order dt10.07.2017 in WP.MP.No.21693 of 2017 in WP.No.17766 of 2017.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand dismissed.
