ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in implementing G.O.Ms.No.185, Finance (HR-I) Department, dated 03.09.2014, and not giving posting orders to the petitioner as Deputy Superintendent of Police in pursuance of the order, dated 10.07.2015, in O.A.No.4196 of 2014 with V.M.A.No.224 of 2015 and C.A.No.1707 of 2014 of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

2. From the petitioner's own pleadings, he has succeeded before the Tribunal in getting his reversion order from the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police to that of Circular Inspector of Police setting aside. His grievance is that despite the said order, the respondents have not given him the posting as Deputy Superintendent of Police. In our opinion, the petitioner cannot approach this Court for execution of the orders of the Tribunal. Indeed, the contempt application filed by the petitioner was disposed of by the Tribunal along with the aforesaid O.A. on 10.07.2015 directing the respondents to give posting to the petitioner as Deputy Superintendent of Police. If this order is not implemented by the respondents, the petitioner has the remedy of moving the Tribunal by filing an appropriate application.

3. For the aforementioned reasons, we decline to entertain this Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for appropriate relief.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.53752 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ______________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J _____________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J 19th February, 2016 GHN
