This writ petition is filed declaring the proceedings No.CE/O&M/KTPS-V/POAdmn/W.P.No.13309/2004/D.No:802/ 2006 dated 20.07.2006, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard Smt K.Udaysree, learned Standing counsel for respondent-Corporation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Trainee Junior Plant Attendant vide proceedings dated 07.10.2013 by subsequent notification issued by the respondents, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
