This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.82 of 2011 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur, including appearance of the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent‐State submits that after filing this petition, the case was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' and hence, this petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
