Sri G. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to pursue the civil suit already filed by making suitable amendments thereto, if the situation warrants. Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
