This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following prayer:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in refusing to accords permission to conduct Ganesh Mandap Organisers Meeting on 13.9.2015 at NTR Stadium, Opp: Indira Park, Hyderabad at 4.00 p.m. vide impugned Order No.HC1/4000/2015 dated 9.9.2015 as illegal, null and void and without jurisdiction and consequential order directing the respondents 2 and 3 to accord permission to the petitioner samithi to conduct Ganesh Mandap Organisers Meeting on 13.9.2015 at NTR Stadium, Opp: Indira Park, Hyderabad at 4.00 p.m. forthwith by setting aside the impugned order No.HC-1/4000/2015 dated 9.9.2015".

When the petitioner made an application dated 1.9.2015, requesting to accord permission to conduct a meeting in the NTR Stadium, Lower Tank Bund, Hyderabad, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad passed an order vide Proceedings No.HC-1/4000/2015 dated 9.9.2015, rejecting the request of the petitioner for holding Ganesh Mandap Organizers Meeting at NTR Stadium, Opp: Indira Park, Hyderabad. In the said proceedings, the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad also advised the petitioner to change the venue.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the petitioner herein is ready to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad with necessary application in accordance with paragraph 4 of the proceedings dated 9.9.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner also requested this Court to direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad to take appropriate action on the said application. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner

herein is ready to give an undertaking for smooth running of the function.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Proceedings No.HC-1/4000/2015 dated 9.9.2015 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad and if any such application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate action be taken, in accordance with law by 12.9.2015 evening.
