THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26764 OF 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for records of the order dated 16.11.2005 of the Labour Court-I, Hyderabad i.e., second respondent in E.P.No.23 of 2001 in I.D.No.427 of 1989 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional.

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 21.04.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
