HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9541 of 2013 ORDER :

It is the submission that writ petition is already pending challenging this crime and also two other crimes and the learned Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the defactocomplainant submits that the police already filed final report and taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate as C.C. No.857 of 2015.

2) Having regard to the above, the petition is closed if not covered by the writ petition to impugn the final report, if any taken cognizance.

3) Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
