\ \ When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for TSRTC appearing for the respondents has informed the Court that the order, dated lO.L2.2O2t, passed by this Court in I.A.No.2 of 2020 in W.P.No.19383 of 2007 has been complied with by the respondents vide proceedings, dated 2I.12.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with in its true letter and spirit.

This Court, having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel For the parties, is of the considered view that the respondents have complied with the order, dated 10.12.2021, passed by this Court vide proceedings, dated 21.12.2023, and therefore, the Contempt Case can be closed.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 2L.L2.2023, in accordance with law, if he is aggrieved by the same. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
