THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.33388 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the respondents in not furnishing the information sought by the petitioner in relation to Crime No.1422 of 2007 on the file of the Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

Sri M.V.Raaja Raam, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the filing of this writ petition, certain documents have been furnished to the petitioner and in the light thereof, she does not wish to prosecute this writ petition. He however prays that liberty may be granted to his client to again seek further information, if necessary, from the respondents in accordance with law.

The writ petition is therefore closed with the liberty aforestated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
