THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.9725 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 4 and 5 and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.6.

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not taking any action against the 7th respondent in encroaching the public road adjoining to the southern side of his house No.4-32-073/2/NR, situated at Shapurnagar of Quthbullapur Mandal, Medchal, Malkajgiri District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, if the allegation of the petitioner that the 7th respondent is started digging the public road is true, the respondents shall take necessary steps in accordance with law.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
