THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.1053 OF 2017 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in issuing the 'Look Out Circular' against the petitioner in C.C.No.511 of 2015 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to set aside the same.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the complainant settled the issue and as such, the petitioner intends to come to India from United States of America for execution of Settlement Deed. Hence, he prays this Court to recall the 'Look Out Circular'. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 'Look Out Circular' issued in C.C.No.511 of 2015 issued by the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, is hereby recalled.
