This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to direct respondent No.4 to conduct enquiry as per the proceedings vide Rc.No.A3/ 2918/ 2019, dated 05.03.2019, of respondent No.3, and the provisions of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made thereunder.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and perused the record. 3 .
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is the owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.1-03 guntas in Survey No.86/ B6, situated at Bonakal Village and Mandal, Khammam District. He would further contend that respondent No.5 is trying to fabricate the revenue records with the help of officials concerned. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation, dated 05.02.2019, to respondent No.3/ SubCollector, Khammam, Khammam District.
On the said representation, respondent No.3 issued proceedings vide Rc.No.A3/ 2918/ 2019, dated 05.03.2019, to respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Bonakal Mandal, Khammam District, directing respondent No.4 to take necessary action as per the Rules. In
spite of the same, no action is taken yet by respondent No.4. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

There is no dispute with regard to issuance of proceedings, dated 05.03.2019, by respondent No.3 to respondent No.4. There is no record to establish that any action is taken pursuant to the said proceedings. It is the contention of the petitioner that he is the owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.1-03 guntas in Survey No.86/ B6, situated at Bonakal Village and Mandal, Khammam District. Therefore, some action is required to be taken in terms of the proceedings, dated 05.03.2019.

Under these circumstances, respondent No.4/ Tahsildar, Bonakal Mandal, Khammam District, is directed to take necessary action in terms of the proceedings vide Rc.No.A3/ 2918/ 2019, dated 05.03.2019, issued by respondent No.3/ Sub-Collector, Khammam, Khammam District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6 .
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ Dr . SHAMEEM AKTHER, J April 30, 2019.
