As the matter is pertaining to the year 2011 and even posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on two occasions, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Petition, shall stand closed.
