When the matter came up for hearing, Smt.H.Seeta Devi, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri S.Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the matter become infructuous as the police concerned filed charge sheet and the present criminal petition no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

2) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say that the remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioner.

3) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
