HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 29116 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioners who are stated to be the members of the third respondent-Society filed this Writ Petition challenging allotment of house sites to the juniors ignoring their seniority. The petitioners claim allotment of land in Sy.Nos.203/P,204 and 205 of Manikonda Jagir Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In view of the relief sought for in the Writ Petition, the petitioners can as well invoke the provision under Section 61 of the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and as alternative remedy is available to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy as indicated above.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
