THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No.17094 OF 2016 ORDER:

Keeping in view the fact that the petitioners/A.5 & A.6, who are cleaner and driver, transporting total quantity of ganja is 709 Kgs, which is illegal and it is more than the commercial quantity, therefore, I find no merit to admit the petitioners/A.5 & A.6 on bail.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
