When the case was listed on 18-10-2016, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today also, when the case is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor any representation is made on her behalf. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
