Mr. Mummuneni Srinivasa Rao, counsel for petitioner, after arguing the writ petition for some time, after taking note of the stand of 1st respondent in the counter-affidavit and the scheme of Sections 30 and 31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to workout the rights in a suit to be instituted for necessary reliefs.
