This case was adjourned earlier on two occasions i.e., on 28-01-2019 and 30-01-2019, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant. Today, neither the learned counsel for the appellant is present, nor any one represented on his behalf. Therefore, the present appeal is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
