THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29200 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action on the part of the respondents 2 and 3 in not registering the case based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 26.09.2013 against the unofficial 4th respondent as arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents 2 and 3 to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.09.2013."

During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the complaint dated 26.09.2013 lodged by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent entered the same in the General Diary and enquired into the matter. During the course of enquiry, it is revealed that the contents of the complaint are non-cognizable in nature and it is also revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent herein and therefore, the petitioner was suggested to approach the competent civil Court. In the light of the above, no further orders are required and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.
