THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.22374 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to stop the process of selection and recruitment to the aided post in the petitioner institution purporting to act upon the Government memo No.12080/COSE/A/2004-4 Edn. (COSE), dated 20-102004 despite permission was granted for the process of selection pursuant to the proceedings of the District Educational Officer in Rc.No.8032/filling up posts/D1/2004, dated 29-102004 as arbitrary and illegal and consequential direction to the respondents toi permit the management to go ahead with the process of selection and recruitment of aided vacant posts in the petitioner institution and release grant in favour of the recruitees.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this writ petition has become infructuous.
