The prayer reads as follows:

"...Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station at the behest of unofficial respondents Nos. 3 and 4 and thereby causing interference in the civil disputes including the personal life and liberty of the petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.2 herein to take immediate action against the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 pursuant to the complaint dt. 6.4.2013 and provide protection to the petitioner..."

Basing on the written instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader submits that the alleged interference is incorrect and denied. The instructions of respondent-police dated 18.06.2013 are placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
