THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3921 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Razole to consider and dispose of I.A.No.144 of 2008 in O.S.No.73 of 1997, which was filed seeking to condone the delay of 230 days in presenting the application to set aside the order of dismissal for default, dated 02.07.2007, in I.A.No.780 of 2004.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Razole to consider and dispose of the aforementioned interlocutory application as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Razole is hereby directed to consider and dispose of I.A.No.144 of 2008 in O.S.No.73 of 1997 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
