The present revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 10.07.2015, passed in E.P.No.28 of 2015 in O.S.No.75 of 2011 on the file of learned V Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Ongole.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main E.P. was closed on 30.09.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 26.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
