This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".....to issue writ or direction preferably Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in considering the applications of the petitioners along with J-forms dt:2.7.2018 submitted seeking admission into respondent No. 4 society namely, Fishermen Cooperative Society, Suryapet and the subsequent representations (latest being dt:19.3.2019) as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Principle of natural Justice and consequently direct the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to consider the applications of the petitioners for admission as members into respondent No 4 society by following procedure as per law ...."
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 25.04.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.8436 of 2019. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "There being no dispute that G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 09.01.2017, authorises respondent No.2 to discharge the functions of the Registrar with respect to the Fishermen Cooperative Society, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 02.03.2019, and take necessary steps within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing respondent No.
