- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2053 OF 2017 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondents for not implementing the order in W.P.No.13100 of dated 17.04.2017.

W.No.13100 of 2017 was disposed of directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 26.12.2016 within a period of four weeks. Alleging violation of the said direction, this contempt is filed. 3.

Learned Standing counsel produced proceedings dated 13.10.2017 which is in compliance of the direction issued and on consideration of the representation dated 26.12.2016 the request of the petitioner for voluntary retirement was rejected. 4.

Having regard to the above, the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
